1. Getting Started

How do I register with EduSupply?

Click www.edu-supply .com to register on the website and create an account.

Via a sales agent, SMS, WhatsApp or email us on info@edu-supply.com

How do I order from EduSupply?

Get your kid’s school list sorted in 3 steps:
  • Search for your school stationery list, if you can’t find it. Upload the stationery list.
  • Pay for your school stationery list
  • Receive your order in the comfort of your own home

2. Products and Stock

What can I order?

You can currently order school stationery.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes, we do bulk orders

3. Ordering

How soon will my order be delivered?

Orders can take from 2-7 days after payment has been received.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order. We will process a voucher to the value of your order. No refunds will be made on orders unless our products are/were defective.

Can I amend my order once it has been placed?

Yes, you can send an email or contact us directly and we will make the change that you requested.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

A confirmation email will be sent to you via email once payment has been made.

What to do if I received the wrong item?

You can call us directly or send us an email, outlining the products that are faulty and we will resolve the query accordingly.

4. Payments

What payment options/ methods do you accept?

We are currently accepting Credit & Debit card, Instant EFT with OZOW, Bank EFT, Scan to Pay, Visa Click to Pay, Debit Order and Retail Payments.

5. Delivery

Can I change my delivery address?

You can make delivery changes on our website before you have made your payment. Once you have made your payment you can contact us via whatsapp or telephone.

Can I track the status of my order?

Once we have received your order and payment, you will receive the tracking details.

What are the delivery options?

Collect- you can choose the option to come and collect from our offices.

Courier- we will deliver directly to your specified address anywhere in South Africa.

What will delivery cost me?

All orders off R500 and above is free. Delivery costs will be based on the distance.

6. Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

Returns should be delivered back to our offices

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we have received the returned items in good condition and original packaging, your return request will be processed within 3-7 days

How do I know if you received my return?

You will receive notification once your return has been received on our side

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you can communicate with us, this may attract additional delivery charges.

When can I receive my refund?

We unfortunately do not process refunds unless our products were/are defective. You are allowed to exchange a product for another product or voucher.

7. Account

Do I need to sign up an account to make an order?

No, if you do not want to sign up you can login with the guest account.

How do I reset my password?

You can click on forgot password to reset your password.

Is my personal information kept private?

Yes, our Terms & Conditions state that customer information will be private and confidential. You can refer to our Terms & Conditions on the website.
